Deposits
When you order, a deposit charge will be applied to your card. The deposit equals $200 for each rental item (all accessories are Final Sale). Once you return the item, the deposit will be refunded back to your card 2 days after it’s delivered to our warehouse.
PLEASE NOTE that for every day your return is late (if you shipped the item after the return date), $25 will be deducted from your deposit. If you return an item that is damaged, your deposit will be forfeited.
We inspect each dress before and after each rental to make sure your item is like new! We also dry clean each garment after the rental for hygienic purposes. If you received an item that doesn’t look right, please let us know immediately!
Please note that bras and other accessories are FOR PURCHASE ONLY and are not returnable!
Rental Term and Shipping
For your convenience, we offer UPS overnight and 2 day shipping options. Please also allow 1 day processing time. We offer 4, 7, and 10 day rental time periods, so please factor the shipping time when estimating the date you’d need to receive your order by. You will receive an email notification reminding you of the return day 1 day before it’s due. Just place your item back in the bag you received it in, stick the label to the original shipping box, and drop if off at the nearest UPS location!
All orders placed by 6PM PST will be shipped the next day.
Cancellations and rescheduling
If you placed your order far in advance, you will be able to cancel or reschedule it 5 days before the original booking day. You can do it directly from your Order page, or by emailing us at care@rentthatdress.us
Terms
To make sure each customer gets the same experience, we track all shipments and rental terms. If you need to extend your rental term, please let us know! In case your item is not received, or received damaged, the deposit you paid won’t be refunded.
